    The price, very cheap!

Where to start... First and most important, it was freezing, all the storage heaters didn't work, likewise the fan heaters (supplied because the heaters didn't work) were hopeless and blew out cold air. Even worse the duvet was ultra thin and I was cold throughout the night. No additional blankets were supplied. My travelling companions all had their own apartments and all 3 were cold. Each one lacked something and it was only because we had 3 that we had access to a full range of amenities. Saying that 1 apartment had no shower. Overall the apartments were shabby, well past their best and certainly worth no more than £35 per night. I certainly couldn't have stayed longer than 2 nights mostly because of the cold and generally I am very easy going.

I was disgusted with this appartment there were stains all over the carpets mould on all windows and net curtains something had leaked in the fridge and gone all over kitchen floor most rooms had no light bulbs closed curtains in living room and the hole pole fell down and to top it off the smell was awful we complained and they told us we could have the appartment upstairs and much to our horror this one had beer cans cider bottles all over the appartment dirty beds that had not even been made the double bed was broken the bin in the kitchen was over flowing it was disgusting we complained again and they sent out a cleaner to sort the appartments when he arrived he refused to sort them out so we had to sleep in the first room thank god it was only for one night we were also told that we were not aloud a refund or any compensation for this so me and family will never step foot in one of there appartments again trust me this place was horrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was only one small heater in the flat, which was freezing and damp. The oven was not working. The flat was dirty and broken glass everywhere in the front room and hall. There was not any cups or mugs in the apartment. The allotted space for the flat I was staying in had other cars parked in it.

it was convienently located for where we wanted to go just outside king's lynn

it felt as if it hadn't been stayed in for a while, smelt a bit musty and some of the heaters and lights didnt work. we also got emailed the wrong entrance code to the door and so had to ring up for the correct one

Location, gentleman I spoke to on the phone about the code for the door was helpful

    - broken bedroom window, big gap at the top letting draught in, not safe either - unclean kitchen, stains on cupboards and dirt on the floor, sink nor draining board clean either - no heating, storage heaters onsite only, had no heat in them when turned on and in the morning only the one in the bedroom released some heat! - noisy neighbour also kept me awake all night, pacing, moving furniture?? god knows

The ridiculous security doors, key for front door has to be jiggled in & out too work. Blind in bathroom didn't work, no shower, dreadful cleanliness, faeces still in unflushed loo. Mice droppings on & in the kitchen cupboards & work surfaces, dried food still on cutlery. Noise from neighbouring estate.
